Veterinary Technician and Assistant
Hi, I’m Jo. I have worked in the veterinary medicine field since 1991. I joined the team here at Riverstone Animal Hospital in 2009. I have worked for several hospitals in Cherokee County and I have experience with all types of small animals, including exotics and pocket pets. My childhood experience with animals included horses, cows, donkeys, and goats. So, I am a true animal lover of all kinds.
At the present time I have one dog and four cats. I live in Canton with my animals. I am originally from Cobb County, but Cherokee County has been my home for about 20 years now. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, reading, and doing puzzles.
Helping pet owners care for their pets is a personal mission for me. I look forward to meeting you and your “fur kids”!
