Nutrition

We strongly believe that supplying your pet with proper nutrition is one of the most important things you as the pet owner can do for his or her quality of life. Obesity is becoming an important concern in our pet population as it can lead to illnesses such as diabetes, joint disease, and heart disease. It also can pose a significant risk to your pet during anesthesia.

Though often similarly labeled, not all pet foods are alike. During your pet’s visits with us we will thoroughly address his or her nutritional status and counsel you on a diet individualized to your pet’s age, breed, and special health concerns. We carry a complete line of wellness and prescription diets that employ the latest in technology and research to help you optimize your pet’s health via nutrition.
